Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any service provided by crikexx. By accessing the platform you agree to be bound by the terms set out in this document.
All players must be 18 years of age or older to register and use crikexx. Age verification is enforced at registration and again before the first withdrawal is processed.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on crikexx. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.
All account balances, deposits, bonuses, and withdrawals on crikexx are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Minimum deposit ৳500, minimum withdrawal ৳1,000.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. crikexx will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Enable two-factor authentication for additional protection.
All games on crikexx operate on certified random number generators. Game outcomes are not manipulated. RTP figures for all slot titles are available on request via the support team.
crikexx provides deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools on every account. We are committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices at all times.
Section 1
Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, singular terms include the plural and vice versa.

| "Balance" | The total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳), excluding any bonus funds unless otherwise specified. |
| "Bonus Funds" | Promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and conditions set out in the applicable bonus terms. Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance until wagering requirements are met. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process crikexx conducts using government-issued identification documents (NID, passport, driving licence) before approving withdrawals. |
| "Self-Exclusion" | A voluntary restriction a Player may place on their own Account to prevent access to the Platform for a defined period ranging from 30 days to 12 months, or permanently. |
| "MFS" | Mobile Financial Services — payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay used for deposits and withdrawals on the Platform. |
| "BST" | Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) — the time zone used by crikexx for all time-stamped records, support hours, and promotional deadlines. |
Section 2
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the crikexx Platform in any capacity — whether as a registered Player, a guest visitor, or any other user — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any supplementary terms applicable to specific promotions or products offered on the Platform.
These Terms & Conditions are effective from 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the Player and crikexx relating to the subject matter herein.
crikexx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. Material changes will be announced via a platform-wide notice visible upon login. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
- These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English version governs in all circumstances.
- Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to use the Platform.
- Access to the Platform is a privilege, not a right. crikexx may restrict or terminate access at its discretion.
- If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Section 3
Account Registration
To access the full range of services on crikexx — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration is open to individuals who meet all of the eligibility criteria set out below.
Eligibility Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Providing a false date of birth is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
- You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities and legal persons may not hold Player accounts.
- You must register using your own true and accurate personal information, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
- You must not already hold an active account on crikexx. One account per person is strictly enforced.
- You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of any such person connected to crikexx.
KYC Verification
crikexx operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme as part of its commitment to preventing underage gambling, fraud, and financial crime. Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any point thereafter at our discretion, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
- National Identity Card (NID) — front and back
- Valid passport (photo page)
- Bangladesh driving licence
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days)
- Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing your registered mobile number)
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on crikexx are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The Platform does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion. Players must use their own verified payment accounts — deposits and withdrawals using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Minimum deposit: ৳500
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, Mastercard
- Deposits via MFS (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited instantly in most cases
- Bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours depending on the issuing bank
- crikexx does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges
- Deposits made using bonus codes are subject to the specific bonus terms applicable to that promotion
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible
- MFS withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 15–60 minutes of approval
- Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days
- KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is approved
- Withdrawal requests may be reviewed for fraud or money-laundering indicators before processing
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
crikexx offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to these general Terms & Conditions as well as the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer.
- Bonuses are available to Players who have completed registration and, where required by the specific promotion, have verified their account via KYC.
- Each bonus offer specifies its wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be wagered before withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are permitted. Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 40x unless stated otherwise.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live dealer table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10%. Spribe crash games contribute 50%. The exact contribution rates are published in the individual promotion terms.
- Bonuses that have not been used within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days from award) will be automatically removed from the Player's Account without notice.
- crikexx reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to amend the terms of an ongoing promotion, or to cancel a bonus already credited to an account where it has been awarded in error or claimed in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated wagering strategies to fulfil requirements at minimal risk, or colluding with other players — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, cancellation of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
- Players who have activated a self-exclusion or cooling-off period are not eligible to receive or use promotional bonuses for the duration of that restriction.
Section 6
Prohibited Conduct
Players are required to use the crikexx Platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement authorities.
- Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform while under 18 years of age, or knowingly facilitating access by a minor.
- Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account under the same identity, device, IP address, or household.
- Fraudulent payments: Depositing funds using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods. Using chargebacks fraudulently after withdrawals have been processed.
- Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or otherwise process funds derived from illegal activity.
- Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through multi-accounting, automated betting patterns, or collusion.
- Manipulation of games: Using software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house in any game.
- Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your crikexx account, whether for wagering, depositing, or withdrawing funds.
- Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward crikexx staff, support agents, or other Players.
Section 7
Account Closure
Players may close their crikexx account at any time by contacting the support team at support@crikexx. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt during standard support hours (BST, UTC+6). Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their most recently used verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no fraud investigation is pending.
Voluntary Closure
A Player who wishes to close their account voluntarily — whether as a responsible gaming measure or for any other reason — should contact support and confirm the closure in writing. Voluntary closures can be reversed by the Player within 72 hours of the request if no self-exclusion has been activated. After 72 hours, the closure becomes permanent unless the Player confirms in writing that they wish to reopen the account and confirms they do not have a gambling problem.
Self-Exclusion Closure
Players who close their account in connection with a responsible gaming self-exclusion request are subject to additional safeguards. Accounts closed under self-exclusion will not be reopened during the stated exclusion period under any circumstances, regardless of requests from the Player to reverse the decision. This restriction is applied in the Player's own interest. See our Responsible Gaming page for full details on self-exclusion options.
Closure by crikexx
crikexx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- The Player has engaged in or is suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6.
- The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- The Player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute that has not been resolved in their favour.
- The Player has provided false or unverifiable personal information.
- Continued operation of the account would expose crikexx to legal, regulatory, or financial risk.
Section 8
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crikexx, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Financial losses incurred as a result of wagering activity, regardless of whether those losses were foreseeable.
- Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank.
- Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or outdated.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits crikexx's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
